The project is estimated to have a developable potential of approximately 1.25 lakh sq ft saleable area.
Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL), based in Mumbai, has announced a joint venture with TDI Group to create a 1.25 lakh sq ft ultra-luxury residential property in Connaught Place.
Residential flats in various forms are anticipated to be included in the project. “As we expand our presence in Delhi, we are pleased to add this project in one of the city’s most attractive locations.” Godrej Properties’ MD and CEO, Mohit Malhotra, said, “This would be our third project in Delhi, further expanding our presence throughout India’s main cities.”

Godrej Properties is developing a housing project in Okhla, and a luxury housing project in Ashok Vihar will be launched soon. The company is constructing projects in Noida, Greater Noida, and Gurugram in the Delhi-NCR property market. It recently purchased a 16-acre plot of land in Bengaluru with the intention of mostly developing residential complexes.
The company is buying land parcels and forming joint ventures with landowners in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, and Bengaluru to increase its presence.
