BPTP Downtown 66Sector 66, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram

If you are exploring homes around Golf Course Extension Road, BPTP Downtown 66 is a project you may come across in Sector 66, Gurugram. It is being developed by BPTP Ltd. and is planned across about 4.23 acres, with 3 residential towers and 504 units. Possession is expected in October 2032, so buyers should keep the longer timeline in mind when considering the project. The development currently offers 3 BHK apartments in two sizes, 2,600 sq. ft. and 2,900 sq. ft. The listed prices are around ₹5.20 Cr* and ₹5.80 Cr*. These prices are indicative and can change, so it is sensible to confirm the latest price and availability before taking the next step. Inside the project, the focus is on giving residents a mix of spaces they can actually use. The plans include wraparound decks, a glass and metal façade, six high-speed lifts, and a 1,37,000 sq. ft. club and amenities area. The facilities cover different age groups and interests, with options such as a swimming pool, padel court, indoor badminton courts, yoga and Zumba room, meditation pavilions, Turkish Hammam, business centre, table tennis, air hockey, senior citizen zone, pavilion seating, and outdoor dining spaces. The Sector 66 location is also worth considering based on your daily routine. Golf Course Extension Road connects the area with several parts of Gurugram, while Sohna Road and NH-48 provide additional travel routes. Schools, healthcare facilities, offices, shopping areas, and other everyday services are available across the surrounding locality. The project information also mentions Cyber City and Udyog Vihar as key destinations connected to the area. For a buyer, the important question is whether the home size, price, location, amenities, and possession timeline work for your plans. Those are the points I would compare before making a decision. If you are interested in the project, make sure you verify the latest price, availability, approvals, RERA details, specifications, payment terms, and possession schedule with BPTP Ltd. or an authorised representative before booking.
