Krisumi Waterfall ResidencesSector 36A, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram

Krisumi Waterfall Residences is a residential development in Sector 36A, Gurugram, close to Dwarka Expressway. Spread across about 5.43 acres, the project was developed by Krisumi Corporation, a joint venture between Japan's Sumitomo Corporation and India's Krishna Group. The project stands out for bringing an Indo-Japanese approach to residential design rather than following the usual Gurgaon apartment format. The location makes everyday travel fairly straightforward. Sector 36A sits close to Dwarka Expressway, with road connections towards Delhi, the airport and other parts of Gurugram. The sector is also part of a developing New Gurgaon corridor, so buyers get access to newer infrastructure while remaining close to established parts of the city. For people who regularly travel between Delhi and Gurgaon, this location is one of the project's more practical advantages. Inside the development, the Japanese influence is most noticeable in the way the homes and common areas have been approached. The design leans towards clean lines, practical layouts and a calmer visual character rather than excessive ornamentation. The project offers 2LDK and 3LDK residences, with larger 3LDK+S options also listed in the project's official information. The development is also planned with spaces that residents can actually use in their daily routine, including landscaped areas, recreational facilities, a clubhouse, swimming pool and fitness-related amenities. The waterfall and open landscaped spaces add a more distinctive element to the overall setting, although buyers should always distinguish between completed facilities and features shown in project material. For buyers comparing flats in Sector 36A Gurgaon, the main point of difference here is the combination of location and Indo-Japanese design. It may appeal to families and professionals who want a contemporary home near Dwarka Expressway without choosing a completely conventional residential development. The project is also RERA registered, with the original Waterfall Residences registration recorded under RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/2018/03. If you are considering Krisumi Waterfall Residences Gurgaon, it makes sense to evaluate the actual apartment layout, current availability, specifications, possession status and surrounding infrastructure alongside the project's design and location. That gives a more realistic picture of whether the development fits your requirements than relying only on its luxury positioning.
