Omaxe State Dwarka is shaping up as a major mixed-use development in Sector 19B, Dwarka, Delhi, reflecting a shift in how large cities plan integrated urban spaces. Spread across 50.4 acres, the project is designed as a 5-in-1 destination, combining sports infrastructure, retail, hospitality, food, and social zones within a single campus. Planned with inputs from 24 international consultants, the development emphasizes scale, accessibility, and long-term functionality. The site features 11 entry points, over 2,200 car parking spaces, and additional surface parking, addressing traffic and visitor movement in a high-footfall area. A key highlight is the 30,000-seater cricket-cum-football stadium, positioning Sector 19B, Dwarka as a future venue for major sporting events. This is supported by a multi-sport indoor stadium for games such as basketball, badminton, and table tennis, enabling year-round sports activity. The project also integrates a large retail and leisure zone, with over 75% of shops at ground level and nearly 4.2 kilometres of air-conditioned shopfronts. Retail formats range from compact outlets to larger spaces, allowing operational flexibility. With a dedicated food district, cafés, terrace restaurants, multiplex screens, and an esports arena, Omaxe State Dwarka is planned as an all-day destination. Overall, Sector 19B, Dwarka, Delhi is set to gain a multi-purpose urban hub rather than a conventional single-use commercial development.
